Zelenski agradece al Reino Unido su "gran apoyo" en la guerra

Zelensky thanks the UK for its “great support” since the start of the war

London, (EFE) British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak.

Zelenski said that his visit was a “great honour” when he spoke a few words in front of the cameras at the official residence of the head of the London Government, where both arrived together by car from London Stansted airport.

Sunak personally received the president there, who arrived on a UK Royal Air Force (RAF) plane.

Zelenski is expected to deliver a speech to the British Parliament at around 1:00 p.m. GMT and will later visit with Sunak a military base in south-west England where Ukrainian soldiers are trained, after which the two are expected to hold a press conference.

King Charles III will receive him in an afternoon audience at Buckingham Palace.

This is the third foreign country that the president has visited since the start of the war on February 24, 2022, after he visited the United States and Poland last December.
