A man who was at the helm of a Toyota brand car, Corolla type, white, delivered the note to the woman’s 15-year-old son and then left the scene.
In her complaint, Noelia Noemí González Vázquez (30) stated that she arrived at the Municipal de Abasto market, where she has a dining room, in the company of her concubine Luis Fernando Peralta Acuña (29), when her son handed her a white envelope.
Great was the surprise of the victim, who upon opening found a 38-caliber live cartridge, a black ballpoint pen and a computerized warning.
Said threatening note, with misspellings, mentions: “Warning, Noelia Noemi Gonzale Vazques, you got into the wrong place. You know what you have to do.”
The fact was communicated to the criminal prosecutor on duty, Carolina Rosa Gadea. As a precautionary measure, a permanent random control was arranged at the family home.
