Wide repudiation of leaders and officials to the ruling against the Vice President

Soria pointed out the partiality of the ruling communicated this Tuesday.

The Minister of Justice and Human Rights of the Nation, Martín Soria, affirmed this Tuesday that “the judicial mafia turned that hatred into an illegitimate sentence that bears the signature of anti-Peronism”, by repudiating the ruling that condemned Vice President Cristina Kirchner for administration fraudulent in the Highway trial.

“More than a decade ago, Cristina Fernández de Kirchner was condemned in the media by Grupo Clarín,” Soria said on her Twitter account.

And he asserted that “today, the Judicial Mafia turned that hatred into an illegitimate sentence that bears the signature of anti-Peronism and an unspeakable desire: to outlaw us once again and control democracy.”

For his part, Defense Minister Jorge Taiana stated that the sentence against the vice president “was written” and completed: “the Peronists already knew the ban and we will defeat it once again.”

“As Cristina Fernández de Kirchner said a long time ago, the sentence was already written,” said Taiana.

Mayra Mendoza, Andrés Larroque and Juan Grabois also expressed themselves on their respective twitter accounts in repudiation of the court ruling that condemned the two-time president of the Nation, current vice president in office.

Cafiero: “Once again, justice operates to persecute and proscribe our partner Cristina”

Foreign Minister Santiago Cafiero affirmed that “once again justice operates to persecute and proscribe compañera Cristina Fernández de Kirchner”, by rejecting the ruling that convicted the ex-president for fraudulent administration with public works in the Highway trial.

“The cause is a lie, that’s why the sentence was already written,” Cafiero said on Twitter.

“Once again, justice operates to persecute and proscribe compañera Cristina Fernández de Kirchner,” said the foreign minister, who asserted that “as always, the Peronist people will be there to accompany her.”

Martínez: “They never wanted to do justice”

The president of the block of deputies of the Frente de Todos, Germán Martínez, affirmed that Cristina Fernández de Kirchner “is innocent” and that “they never wanted to do justice”, since “they always sought to persecute, disqualify, aggravate and proscribe”.

Martínez expressed these concepts after hearing the ruling of the Federal Oral Court 2 that sentenced the Vice President to 6 years in prison and perpetual special disqualification from holding public office for fraudulent administration with public works in Santa Cruz.

“They never wanted to do justice. They always sought to persecute, disqualify, offend and proscribe. For us, nothing changes. Because @CFKArgentina is innocent,” the head of the FDT block of deputies posted on Twitter.

Legislators from the Frente de Todos also published tweets on social networks under the hashtag “TodosconElla”

For his part, the second vice president of the lower house, José Luis Gioja, said that “the ruling is a hogwash that has nothing to do with reality.”

“The prosecutors and the director of Clarín wrote the case while they were drinking mate in front of the lake. We did not expect anything else, the exact sentence was even leaked. TodosConElla,” he added.

The pro-government legislator Leopoldo Moreau denounced that with this sentence “they complied with (the CEO of Clarín Héctor) Magnetto. The first step was taken by one of the gang of (magistrates) Mahiques. The second was taken by the corrupt judge (Julián) Ercolini. They all accepted Clarín’s gifts.”

“The order was to ban Cristina. The bans were a tragedy in history,” Moreau said.

The deputy of the Evita Movement, Leonardo Grosso, pointed out that “the judicial party wants to twist the arm of the Argentine people and for that they punish those who have most defended them since the return of democracy.”

He said that “they seek to instruct us and that we no longer dare to fight for the country we want,” and remarked: “Today and always: the people with Cristina.”

The Human Rights Secretariat assured that the ruling against the Vice President is “the maximum specification of the lawfare”

he Secretariat for Human Rights assured today that the ruling of the Federal Oral Court 2 is a “restriction of the political rights” of Vice President Cristina Fernández de Kirchner, which constitutes “the maximum realization of lawfare in our country”, and they called on international organizations to “carry out exhaustive scrutiny of these irregular judicial processes.”

Federal Oral Court No. 2 today sentenced Vice President Cristina Fernández de Kirchner to 6 years in prison and lifelong special disqualification from holding public office for the crime of fraudulent administration to the detriment of public administration.

In this regard, the secretariat headed by Horacio Pietragalla Corti asserted in a statement that “this sentence is inseparable from the upcoming electoral process and will conclude with the 2023 presidential elections.”

“The ruling handed down today, after a judicial process riddled with irregularities and violations of due process, constitutes a clear curtailment of the political rights of the vice president and the electorate, which seeks to politically outlaw her in the face of the next elections,” the document stated. .

The secretariat pointed out that “to be legitimate, this judicial process and the sentence must be based on categorical evidence regarding his criminal responsibility and unrestricted respect for due process and the right to defense that protects him,” but “under the excuse of the investigation and punishment of acts of corruption, the fundamental guarantees of the Rule of Law were violated”.

“Only in this way the Court, giving rise to what was requested by the federal prosecutors who intervened, were able to construct and issue this illegitimate sentence,” the text indicated.

In this sense, they affirmed that “the sentence constitutes the maximum concretion of lawfare in our country, as a practice that violates human rights that operates as a condition of the electoral processes, of the political agenda and of public opinion.”

“We are facing an anti-republican act of the Judiciary,” they stressed.

Likewise, it specified that “in view of this situation, and considering that the sentence will have a profound impact on society as a whole, from the Secretariat of Human Rights we demand that the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation, as the highest authority of the Judiciary, protect the democratic process and the legitimacy of the justice service”.

“Neither more nor less is at stake than the rule of law in our country, and the threat against the electoral process is concrete and dangerous,” the statement remarked.

In addition, he pointed out that “as the other side of this persecution of the main political reference in this country, former officials who have allowed or endorsed the criminal indebtedness that has conditioned the country and generated poverty and indigence in the population remain in impunity.”

And they focused on “the scant progress in the case for the attack against the Vice President, with the inexplicable division of investigations between masterminds and material authors, and the reluctance to investigate political connections”, which “show the lack of legitimacy of Power Judicial”.

“In this regard, the evidence of a secret meeting between judges, political power and economic power in Lago Escondido are part of the same problem, as another sign of spurious relations between these sectors,” he added.

Finally, they indicated that “the current situation of the operation of the Judiciary and its dark relations with the political and economic power, which today has an illegitimate sentence against Vice President Cristina Fernández, implies exposing the responsibility of the Argentine State before international organizations , who must carry out an exhaustive scrutiny on these irregular judicial processes”.
