One of the most important points of the tax reform project of the government of President Gustavo Petro has to do with occasional earnings.

(Will there be an increase in the tax on occasional gains in the Petro tax?).

To give a bit of context, this tax is charged when a natural person or a company pays additional taxes for the occasional or sporadic sale of a good that is not part of the ordinary course of business, or by the occurrence of an exceptional economic event such as winning the lottery or a raffle.
