“In a fourth or fifth meeting he tells me: ‘I need you to give me S/ 4 million.’ I told him that I did not have that money, but he told me that it was a request from the president: ‘if you give me the money and you are with us, everything will be fine, but otherwise, everything will be bad for you’ ”, the businesswoman told Punto Final.

The only thing I managed at that moment is to tell him that I was going to pay him in parts”, he adds.

It would be the highest amount of money that would have been delivered to a public official of this Government. According to said version, said amount was divided into six parts and delivered systematically for almost a year.

“The payments were how I was getting the money. The first days of December last year, he demanded S/ 1 million from me, which I had to borrow to give him, because his insistence was so great.” Goray points out.

“I thought that with the first payment I could free myself from him, but it was not like that, because he knew my house, he knew all my businesses. He told me that with that money he was going to pay congressmen to vote against the vacancy ”, Add.

The businesswoman claims to have delivered to the National Prosecutor’s Office all the information that would confirm her version. In this sense, she has already testified as an investigated before the special team of prosecutors led by Marita Barreto and claims to have provided all the evidence that would demonstrate the payments made to Marrufo.

In addition to this, he maintains that it was an extortion and that at no time did he seek to benefit from the State. “We do not have any benefits from the State, I do not have public works, I am not a provider of the State.”

Did the company that Sada Goray ran benefit from the State?

MarkaGroup is a real estate company dedicated to the construction of social housing that works hand in hand with the Techo Propio program subsidies. Said money is delivered by the State to companies in this area in favor of people who seek to acquire their first home and who qualify for a loan.

According to Punto Final, the real estate company that Goray ran at that time was seeking the approval of an agreement with the Mivivienda Fund that would allow it to establish a trust. Upon approval of said agreement, MarkaGroup was able to grant direct loans and the State began to disburse more than 1,200 Techo Propio bonds in favor of the company.

In this regard, the businesswoman affirms that there was no illegality or pressure in the process. “All our procedures were technical procedures that come from the year 2019. Everything has been complied with in accordance with the law and there was no favoring of them”indicates.

Finally, he denies having benefited from his closeness to Salatiel Marrufo despite the payments made in the last year.

Likewise, he denounces an alleged extortion, which is investigated by the Prosecutor’s Office, with the evidence that he has already delivered. For several weeks she and her family have been out of the country after receiving threats against her life.
