According to the constitutionalist César Delgado Guembes, María del Carmen Alva would have a suspension from parliamentary function, the case can be taken by the plenary session or the Ethics Commission. “There are two things there. One, that the plenary directly assumes competence in disciplinary matters in the face of a flagrant act and that it makes a sanction proposal by the Board of Directors. The sanction in this way could be suspension”, he commented.
