An accident left a 19-year-old university student seriously ill, the same one who is hospitalized in the facilities of the Zacarías Correa Valdivia Regional Hospital.
The doctor who treated him, Juan Arocutipa Ticahuanca, reported that the young man entered the Huancavelican hospital through the emergency area, where he was treated by health personnel.
He also explained that those who brought him, around 6:00 p.m. last Monday, only informed the doctors that a concrete wall fell on the young man.
“He has been evaluated with a multidisciplinary team, a brain problem, chest and abdomen have also been ruled out some type of internal bleeding, the main problem is because in the lower right limb where he has a multiple fracture. The patient is stable,” said Arocutipa Ticahuanca.
He added: “At the moment, the patient is stable, the traumatology team is evaluating the possibility of surgical treatment of his affected lower limb, and if the appropriate materials are not available, he will probably be referred. ”.
