Venezuela registered 106 new cases and one deceased by covid-19 this #6Jul

Regarding the cases of covid-19 registered in Miranda, Ñáñez indicated that seven of its 21 municipalities were affected by the virus, with Los Salias being the hardest hit by the spread of the disease.


The Minister of Communication and Information of the Nicolás Maduro regime, Freddy Ñáñez, issued this Wednesday the usual daily report on the cases of covid-19 in the country during the last 24 hours.

In the balance, the Chavista official pointed out that for this July 6, 2022, 106 new cases of coronavirus were detected to raise the number of infections to 527,347 since the start of the pandemic last March 2020.

In the count, the government representative pointed out that 100 of the total reported cases correspond to community infections, with the most affected states being Miranda (38), Yaracuy (21), Capital District (18).

“Guárico with six; Vargas and Zulia with four cases each; Carabobo and Falcón with three cases respectively; Lara, Anzoátegui and Bolívar with only one case, ”said the minister in his account on the social network. Twitter.

Regarding the cases of covid-19 registered in Miranda, Ñáñez indicated that seven of its 21 municipalities were affected by the virus, with Los Salias (17) being the hardest hit by the spread of the disease.

He indicated that six cases were detected at the Comprehensive Social Care Post of the Simón Bolívar International Airport in Maiquetía, Vargas state, “three from Panama, two from Turkey and one from Ecuador.”

In the same way, the Chavista minister reported the death of one person from the disease “a 62-year-old woman from the Capital District”, so that, 838 days after the start of the pandemic in the country, 5,738 deaths are recorded. .

Ñáñez said that, of the 527,347 confirmed cases, 519,376 people have recovered, which represents 99% of the infections. “We have 2,233 active cases, 431 are being treated in the public health system, 91 in private clinics and 1,711 in supervised community care.”

“To date we have 1,397 patients who are asymptomatic, 686 with mild Acute Respiratory Failure, 114 with Moderate Acute Respiratory Failure and 36 in the Intensive Care Unit,” he said in another message.
