Venezuela greets the Muslim people for the beginning of Ramadan

An official statement was released this Wednesday through which Venezuela greets the Muslim community for the beginning of the holy month of Ramadan.

The text, published by Foreign Minister Yván Gil on his account on the social network Twitter, indicates that the people and Government of Venezuela “add to the spirituality and devotion practiced by all the peoples who, through fasting, prayer and other actions of solidarity and fraternal union, strengthen faith and renew gratitude and devotion before Almighty God for his grace and blessings”.

“We extend a fraternal greeting to the Muslim people on the occasion of the beginning of the holy month of #Ramadan, wishing it a significant and peaceful festivity, full of spiritual strength, goodness and faith that allows us to renew our commitment in favor of building a better world” , is the text that accompanies the statement on the Chancellor’s Twitter account.

For his part, he President Nicolas Maduro He also expressed his wishes for peace and happiness to the Muslim community of Venezuela for the beginning of the holy month of Ramadan.

“The holy month of Ramadan begins and, together with the Venezuelan people, I express my wishes for peace and happiness for the Muslim community of Venezuela and the world. We are united in brotherhood, spirituality and solidarity, ”the head of state posted on his Twitter account.

Our Bolivarian People and Government join the spirituality and devotion practiced by all peoples who, through fasting, prayer and other actions of solidarity and fraternal union, strengthen faith and renew gratitude and devotion before Almighty God for his grace and blessings.
