Venezuela continues to expand cooperation map with allied countries

Venezuela continues to expand the cooperation map with allied countries and raise its voice with the country’s truth before multilateral organizations against sanctions and blockades, highlighted the Foreign Minister of the Republic, Yván Gil.

Through his account on the social network Twitter, Gil offered this Sunday an assessment of the work carried out this past week by the Bolivarian Peace Diplomacy.

“During this week of work we achieved, through the #PeaceBolivarianDiplomacy, continue expanding our map of cooperation with allied countries, raise the voice of Venezuela in multilateral spaces and provide consular attention to our compatriots. We keep moving forward!”, the Chancellor posted on Twitter.

“We conclude this week from May 15 to 19, the work week of the Bolivarian Peace Diplomacy beginning with the commemoration of the 75th anniversary of the Nakba, the catastrophe against the Palestinian people. We were accompanying the Ambassador, diplomatic corps, deputies and Foreign Ministry staff, expressing our support for the Palestinian cause, the Bolivarian cause, the cause of the peoples”, Gil said.

He also highlighted that this week he had an intense day of work and exchanges with representatives of the Communist Party of the People’s Republic of China.

“On Tuesday we met with representatives of the Communist Party of the People’s Republic of China for an intense day of intense exchange work. They also met with President Nicolás Maduro Moros,” he stated.

In the video posted on his Twitter account, the foreign minister stressed that he also held a very important working meeting with projects underway with the Brazilian Cooperation Agency.

“We have projects underway, projects being reviewed to relaunch this cooperation after the victory of President Lula da Silva,” he said.

This week the Bolivarian Peace Diplomacy of Venezuela in the Kingdom of Spain and Moscow was also highlighted during the presentation of the Credentials of the Venezuelan ambassadors.

In this sense, he highlighted the delivery of the Credentials of the ambassador Coromoto Godoy before the Kingdom of Spain; and the credentials presented by the Venezuelan ambassador in Moscow, concurrent in Abkhazia.

In his weekly summary, Foreign Minister Yván Gil emphasized the role played by Minister Diva Guzmán, who defended the achievements and rights of women before the Committee for the Elimination of Discrimination against Women (CEDAW), in Geneva.

“The minister Diva Guzmán participated in Geneva in the Conference of the CEDAW defending the rights of women accompanied by our Vice Minister of Multilaterals, who was also in the Organization against the use of chemical and biological weapons”, she added.
