Venezuela and Equatorial Guinea ratify their brotherhood and cooperation

Venezuela and Equatorial Guinea ratified this Friday the friendship and brotherhood that unite their peoples and governments, in the meeting held by the Foreign Minister of the Republic, Carlos Faría, and the Minister of Foreign Affairs of that country, Simeón Oyono Esono.

The information was released by the Venezuelan Foreign Minister, Carlos Faría, who through his Twitter account specified that the meeting was “a fruitful working meeting with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Equatorial Guinea, Simeón Oyono Esono.”

Faría is on an official visit to the country of Mother Africa, in the context of the position taken by President Teodoro Obiang Nguema, which took place this Thursday in the capital Malabo, said a note of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

He also explained that both countries addressed issues of interest in terms of binational cooperation.

“We have held a fruitful working meeting with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Equatorial Guinea, Simeón Oyono Esono, in which we ratify the friendship and brotherhood that unite our peoples and governments. We address issues of interest in binational cooperation », he published on Twitter.

They will continue to strengthen integration mechanisms

Foreign Minister Faría indicated that in the exchange they sealed the commitment to continue strengthening the integration mechanisms between Venezuela and Equatorial Guinea, through the High Level Intergovernmental Commission, as well as to relaunch interregional cooperation mechanisms.

Among the agreements between both countries, the confidentiality agreement regarding hydrocarbons to accompany the development of this area with technical assistance.

Venezuela and Equatorial Guinea maintain a relationship of brotherhood and cooperation, which has materialized with the signing of agreements and exchanges on energy, health and education.
