According to Dacksiria Ballesteros, supervisor of vaccination, this day has the objective of raising awareness among the population so that they continue to receive the booster vaccine against Covid-19.

“We are placing the Pfizer vaccine for both adults and children against Covid-19, in addition to those for Influenza, Pneumococcus, Tetanus, Rubella and Measles, which are vaccines from the national scheme,” Ballesteros said.

Ballesteros indicated that “our nurses are promoting vaccination at the Iglesia del Carmen Metro station, with banner in hand they go down to the station and look for people to get vaccinated.”

People only have to present their identity card, vaccination card (if you do not have one, we will provide one) and have had breakfast or lunch, depending on the schedule.
