A group of officials from the Technological University of Panama (UTP) have protested this week on the premises of the rectory, in order to denounce a series of irregularities that have been occurring.
Augusto Berrocal, from the National Federation of Public Servants (Fenasep), commented that officials have been dismissed and harassed within the entity.
He mentioned that one of his colleagues who is part of the union is being punished by the authorities of the study house, who argue that he does not have the right to speak for the dismissed workers and those who are being harassed.
Berrocal indicated that this situation was raised to the Human Rights Commission of the National Bar Association, since the comrade who wants to be punished is a recent graduate of Law and Political Science.
