Voters who are users of the e-Title app on cell phone or tablet will begin to receive important information about the October elections. The notifications center was modernized to carry out shootings with official content about the election. 
To receive the messages, the user needs to update the application and download the new version of the e-Título, which is available on Google Play and Apple Store platforms. With the update released earlier this month, new functionality has been added, such as new accessibility features for people with some type of visual impairment.
The e-Título works with a digital copy of the voter registration card, replacing the paper document, and provides other services such as electoral justification, payment of fines, issuance of certificates, among others.
