While in his foreign policy Joe Biden incomprehensibly leads to an increasingly possible aggression against Russia, which would lead the world to World War III, his internal efforts to combat the new coronavirus and its variants, as well as recognized efforts to achieve social improvements through the population —boycotted by elements of their own party— collide with a corruption that is maintained wholesale in North American society, mainly in finances, while the murders, the sale of arms and the discredit of the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA).
Perhaps Biden is trying to give his governance a more honest look, but he cannot deal with the so-called “Wall Street culture”, which emits intermittent smokescreens to divert attention from the constant financial scandals.
In the United States, hopeful millions of workers, and even housewives, have been quietly allowed to invest in corporate bonds that cheated a nation where more than 50% of the population does so.
And this is despite what happened at the beginning of this century, when Enron collapsed, and then frauds were discovered at WorldCom, Xerox, Kmart, Global Crossing and Tyco, accused of defrauding banks, people, and the government at a scale never known before.
The promise of then President George W. Bush that the guilty would be sentenced to 10 years in prison was not fulfilled. The president himself and his vice president Cheney have been involved in cases of fraud, never resolved.
Perhaps someone wonders why the fraud was not discovered in time. And it is that no capitalist “expert” is authorized to admit the failure of neoliberal economic policy.
And all this happens when more than 400 murders have been reported in the first four days of this year, and the current number, which is unknown, could constitute a bloody mark in the history of violent American society.
The more murders, robberies and abuses of all kinds, the more weapons are sold, including prohibited calls.
Let us remember that when Joe Biden assumed the presidency of the United States, many thought that he would immediately begin to line up the cannons against the National Rifle Association and its enormous arms sales, but, in reality, his timid pushes could not annul the law advocated by the former president, Donald Trump, to lift the ban on the sale of weapons to people with mental disorders, achieved by Obama, whose current president was his vice president.

Among many examples, let us point out one of the most symptomatic of a society that is believed to be the navel of the world, which, in addition to being dirty, projects despicable events such as the one that occurred in Las Vegas, easy to remember, difficult to forget:
Stephen Paddock, 64, fired an automatic weapon from the 32nd floor of the Mandalay Bar casino hotel at more than 20,000 people attending an open-air concert in front of the facility, leaving 58 dead and 515 injured. According to the Nevada State Police, after the massacre, Paddock committed suicide.
A year earlier, Obama enacted measures to control the sale of weapons, but the opposite happened, when more and more people required weapons and sophisticated weapons began to reach Americans of different ages that were commonly handled by elements of the mafia, like the AR-15 rifle used by Paddock, which fires 600 rounds per minute and has an effective range of 550 meters.
Biden’s current program contemplates an apparent clash with the National Rifle Association, but it has not prospered, for which the United States will continue to be ruled by violence, which continues throughout this stage of the dangerous pandemic of the new coronavirus.
More weapons than inhabitants
In the US there are more weapons than inhabitants, so it is not surprising that some 21 million Americans are victims of some type of crime annually. The most common crimes are murder, child abuse, domestic violence, Internet crime and fraud, civil rights violations, kidnapping and robbery, among others.
Many crimes intertwine and create a new model of so-called organized crime, such as arms and drug trafficking with humans, kidnapping and money laundering.
It is important to consider that victims do not always report crimes out of fear, mistrust, or because they ignore their rights.
Each year, nearly six million children are victims of abuse in the United States, as well as one in six women and one in 19 men have been bullied at some point in their lives, and as a result, they felt fear , or believed that they or someone close to them would be harmed or killed.
One in four people has paid a bribe to a public body or official, according to the annual study by Transparency International, while cybercrimes cost the US economy some 100 billion dollars a year.
In a very conservative figure, 22.5 million people over the age of 12 used any illicit drug or abused psychotherapeutic medications (such as painkillers, stimulants or tranquilizers).
Every year, about 700,000 people are victims of some type of fraud. A recent federal study indicates that identity theft is one of the fastest growing crimes in the United States.
People between the ages of 10 and 24 represent approximately one-third of homicide victims. Recent figures reveal that throughout the United States there are at least 20,000 gangs with close to a million members. This does not include racist white supremacist organizations such as the Ku Klux Klan.
Likewise, a child is lost every 40 seconds, more than 2,100 per day and 800,000 each year. More than 58,000 children have been kidnapped by an unknown person and some 300,000 are victims of the sex trade in the US.
About 30,000 people die by suicide each year in the United States. It is the third leading cause of death among young people between the ages of 14 and 25, and the fourth among children between the ages of 10 and 15. Suicide attempts are becoming more common.
One in four women has experienced some form of domestic violence. About five million incidents are reported each year. Every nine seconds a woman is abused or beaten by her partner.
Also the dirty CIA
All of the above, still incomplete, are, I emphasize, conservative figures of a nation whose rulers consider that it is the example to follow —albeit by force— and the navel of the world, but this, as can be seen, is very dirty as the dirty CIA, which continues to “let it be done” in the production, smuggling and sale of drugs.
Thus, it sacrificed former associates such as the Mexican “Chapo” Guzmán and some Colombians who, in one way or another, under the pretext of combating drug trafficking, contributed to the establishment of seven military bases of the Empire in Colombia, where they are murdered at random and moche and mercenary aggressions are carried out against Venezuela.
Other US official entities have also been involved in protecting the lucrative business, but nothing is comparable to what the CIA has done during all these years, in which there have hardly been any corners of the Earth that have not known of its nefarious presence.
The Agency continues to contribute to the smear campaign against Nicaraguan revolutionary figures, in order to make the effort to improve the quality of life of the population disappear.
This takes full effect 18 years after the murder of the North American journalist Gary Webb, a target of the CIA since he demonstrated in 1996 his links with the contras that were trying to overthrow the revolutionary government of Nicaragua, for which they introduced cocaine into the United States, mainly in Los Angeles, which increased their income for the purchase of weapons, also in North American territory, always under the protection of their benefactors.
On the other hand, Webb’s articles were heavily attacked by many media outlets who questioned the validity of his claims. Webb compiled the articles into a book titled Dark Alliance: The CIA, the Contras and the Crack Cocaine Explosion. In 2004, Webb “committed suicide” by TWO SHOTS to the head.
