The Electoral Court of the Judicial Power of the Federation (TEPJF) declared unfounded the approach of the National Electoral Institute (INE) that the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit (SHCP) failed to comply with what was ordered by the Superior Chamber, regarding the budget increase for the mandate revocation query.
The INE is not right
considered the plenary session of the highest electoral body at the proposal of Judge Felipe Alfredo Fuentes Barrera, arguing that the SHCP complied with giving an answer promptly, founded and motivated
at the request of the institute, and without this court ordering to grant the budget increase
.
