His complete satisfaction was expressed by the head of the bench of the UDI deputies; Juan Antonio Coloma, together with his peers Jorge Alessandri and Guillermo Ramírez to the resolution of the Comptroller General of the Republic that instructed the director of the National Institute of Human Rights (INDH), Sergio Micco, to adopt all measures to reestablish the use of agency’s facilities, after eight months of an illegal takeover that has prevented the proper use of the property located in Eliodoro Yáñez.
The trade union parliamentarians stressed that the Comptroller’s Office “has given Micco a period of 30 days to report on the steps it takes to remove the occupation of the building where the INDH is located, which seems to us a more than prudent period for finding a solution to this issue.

“Unfortunately, Micco did not take any action in these eight months to evict the INDH, which has become a monthly loss of 5 million pesos to the Treasury, pressured by leftist and radicalized groups not to act and has had to be Comptrollership that instructs actions to remedy this situation”, closed the UDI deputies.
