The Public Ministry has a lot of information in the open case around the murder of the former anti-mafia prosecutor. And there is a high percentage of possibilities to demonstrate that the person who ordered the commission of the crime from Paraguay is revealed by the prosecution.
This was pointed out by Senator Ramón Retamozo, representative (in “: retired situation”) of the upper house in the Judicial Council.
He himself remarked that the prosecutor’s procedures regarding the assassination could even confirm that the order to hire hitmen for the purpose of eliminating Pecci.
“There were tax procedures in homes, apartments, hotels, financial institutions, banks, cooperatives, searches in prisons, the cell phone seized the day after the crime. There were 177 reports in public and private companies, analysis of telephone communications”, said the parliamentarian to 730 AM.

Retamozo meant that by reviewing the actions of the Public Ministry, added to what Colombia contributed, the conviction arises that intellectual authorship was forged in our country.
“There are more than two thousand hours of work with special agents from Colombia and our country, the tax folder has the number 3623/22. There is a 99% chance that the order to kill Pecci came from Paraguay,” said the parliamentarian.
