Two gunmen from the Aragua Train killed and two women trapped

Two members of the Tren de Aragua criminal organization were killed during an armed confrontation in the Malpica del Toro sector, Villa de Cura (Aragua), according to military sources.

The killed are: Yacson Eduardo Requena Medrano (El Bebe), requested for theft and resistance to authority and Deivis Izquier (Malandrín) who possessed an AR-15 assault rifle, a Glock pistol and two bulletproof vests, according to the source. They exercised the function of gunmen in the criminal organization whose leaders sent them for previously canceled jobs such as the murder of selected people, according to the investigations.

Yolimar Pérez Rodríguez and Mariángel Andreina Escalona, ​​members of the group, were arrested in the operation.

The military also seized 17 cartridges of various calibers and an Empire motorcycle, Arsen II, without a license plate.

The Aragua Train is a criminal organization dedicated to kidnapping, extortion and contract killings, such as the one carried out against Professor Carlos Lanz, as reported by the attorney general, Tarek William Saab.
