Two dogs killed a woman in Mendoza

The victim died at the Perrupato de Mendoza hospital.

A 52-year-old woman died after being attacked by dogs in the department of Rivadavia, Mendoza, and suffered serious injuries to one of her legs and also to her head, police sources reported that morning.

The victim was identified as Claudia Clara Cáceres, who died at midnight on Sunday after being assisted by a neighbor who would be the owner of the dogs.

The woman arrived alive at the Perrupato hospital, but died there as a result of the serious injuries sustained.

Police officers arrived at the scene of the attack from a call to the emergency line and helped the victim who had serious injuries to one leg and had a detachment of the scalp, as officially specified.

According to the police report, it is “two dogs with light brown fur, about 50 centimeters tall” that “would not be vaccinated and would not have names” and it has not yet been verified if they have owners.

However, investigators suspect that the dogs belong to the man who assisted the woman because they were in front of her home, so it was delayed to investigate the facts, as reported.

In the case, the Tax Office of the 13th Police Station intervenes.
