The Criminal Chamber of the Supreme Court of Justice declared appropriate the extradition request made by Venezuela before El Salvador for that nation to send to Yonel Alejandro Toro Noguera, allegedly involved in the murder of Carlos Daniel Molnar González (35) and the rap singer Tirone José González Orama (26) artistically known as Canerbero.
Toro Noguera was deported last March from the United States to El Salvador, along with the other 237 Venezuelans who remain held in a maximum security prison of the aforementioned Central American country.
The subject played as a CICPC detective and was in a first commission of the Scientific Police that inspected the apartment where the bloody events occurred between January 19 and 20, 2015, located on the 10th floor, residences Camino Real, Urbanization Andrés Bello, Maracay (Aragua).
That commission of Cicpc officials tells María Natalia Amética and her brother Guillermo Amética, who observed a modified on the stage of the crime. But that they could end up modifying it in order to cover up the double homicide, in exchange for $ 10,000. The Amética brothers accept and the Cicpc agents (including Toro Noguera) began to change the scene of the event to look like a homicide-suicide.
Under that new scenario, the facts presented by that commission of the Cicpc pointed to Canserbero as the person who murdered with a knife to his musical producer Carlos Molnar; and then commit suicide throwing himself from the window.
Thirteen years after that double murder, specifically in December 2023 new elements emerged that turned the original story. Hence, by orders of the Supreme Court of Justice, gathered in the Criminal Chamber, it was ordered to bring the file from the 8th Control Court of Aragua to the Palace of Justice of Caracas where it was assigned to the 2nd Control Court. After the new elements, Maria Améstica to 25 years in prison as a material author of the double homicide was convicted.
But in addition, on December 22, 2023, the 2nd Court of Control of Caracas issued an arrest warrant against Noguera Toro, the former CICPC detective deported to El Salvador, for the alleged commission of the crimes of obstruction to the administration of justice, association to commit crimes, simulation of punishable fact and aggravated own corruption.
The magistrates took that and other documents to guarantee extradition.
