The Superior Electoral Court (TSE) held a public hearing today (19) to discuss the regulation of accountability for Party Fund resources intended for foundations and institutes linked to political parties.
According to the draft prepared to conduct the work, it is established that the Electoral Court is competent to judge the accounts, as of the 2021 financial year.
The accounts must be delivered by June 30 of the year following the exercise and will be analyzed by the court’s technical team.
Public funds from the Party Fund are intended for the maintenance of subtitles.
