“We have been in contact with a group of adult film production companies who are interested in offering Heard a contract to act in an adult entertainment video production. The video will be created to empower Amber and her sexuality, ”explained the president of the agency, Veronica Madarian, who clarified that the offer would be to star, initially, only in a“ conditioned film ”.

In pre-trial documents, Heard’s legal team asked the judge in the case to exclude a number of “irrelevant personal matters” from the trial.
According to Heard’s legal defense, the actor’s legal team wanted to expose some photographs of his client’s past in which she would be totally naked.
Depp’s intentions with these images, the lawyers argued, was to show that the actress had worked as an exotic dancer before starting her career in Hollywood, also suggesting that she had practiced prostitution at that time. “Mr. Depp frivolously and maliciously tries to insinuate that Miss Heard once worked as an escort,” reads an excerpt from the document, according to The Daily Beast.

According to Newsweek, the star’s lawyers attempted to exclude her text messages with Manson from the trial, arguing in court papers that it would “defame Mr. Depp under a theory of guilt by association.” The filing stated: “Ms. Heard’s attempt to insert Marilyn Manson into this case is baseless and entirely speculative and constitutes inappropriate character testing.”
