Tina Turner, considered the queen of Rock and Roll, passed away this Wednesday at the age of 83, after battling a long illness.
According to her representative, the artist died at her residence in Kusnacht, near Zurich, Switzerland.
With his music and boundless passion for life, Turner enchanted millions of fans around the world and inspired the stars of tomorrow.
Rose to fame in the 1960s, Turner won 8 Grammy Awards and was inducted into the Rock ‘n’ Roll Hall of Fame in 2021 as a solo artist, having first been inducted in 1991.
