Three tear gas grenades were rescued during cleaning and clearance work carried out by various agencies in Las Tejerías (Aragua), according to military sources.
Military crews and Civil Protection personnel carried out debris removal in the El Libertador-La Quebrada sectors, areas affected by the prolonged rains of recent days.
And in the midst of these tasks, they managed to get the three CS No. 519 tear gas grenades buried in mud, according to a report by agents assigned to the 42-2 Rural Command Detachment of the Bolivarian National Guard.
The soldiers secured the grenades and placed them in a safekeeping, a procedure that was notified to the Public Ministry.
The Santos Michelena municipality (Las Tejerías), was employed by Carlos Enrique Gómez Rodríguez (El Conejo) for his criminal operations.
This criminal organization was joined by Carlos Revette (El Koki), who was killed during a confrontation with Cicpc agents on February 8.
At that time, the Ministry of the Interior, Justice and Peace, deployed in Las Tejerías the Gran Cacique Guaicaipuro II operation, aimed at dismantling the El Conejo group, a subject who is a fugitive and allegedly protected by the negative leader of the Aragua Judicial Internship ( Tocorón Prison), Héctor Guerrero Flores (Guerrero Child).
