This Wednesday, February 16, there will be a partial closure in Loma Cová for blasting work

The Ministry of Public Works of Panama (MOP) reported that this Wednesday, February 16, a partial closure of the Pan-American highway will be carried out, at the height of Loma Cová.

This is due to the blasting work that will be carried out in the area as part of the construction of the project “Study, Design, Construction and Maintenance of Works for the Expansion and Rehabilitation of the Pan-American Highway, Section: Bridge of the Americas — Arraiján, according to the MOP said in a statement.

The partial closure of traffic will be carried out in both directions of the Pan-American highway for periods of 20 minutes between 12:00 noon to 2:00 pm

The entity advises users to use alternate routes such as the Centenario highway and the road to Paraíso.
