Inhabitants of Spain, the United Kingdom, France, Poland and Australia have already been victims of a new type of robbery they are using cyber criminals to access bank accounts and take money from users.
The technique consists of contacting profiles on Instagram and making them believe that they have won a virtual bonus to be able to use it in Shein store, which has gained strength in recent months in the digital market.

Victims are said to receive a message or comment, in which they inform them that they have won 500 euros to spend as they wish in the virtual store, but the scam occurs when they are directed to a web page.
According to international media reports, once the person has accessed the link to redeem the voucher, cybercriminals begin to ask for personal information and even ask for a number and credit card information.

The trick is in the terms and conditions, since in small print it is specified that the page will charge two euros to activate the bonus, but then, They make another withdrawal for 33 euros justifying that it is an association fee.
In total, the victims pay 35 euros in the first installment and never receive the voucher from the clothing store as promised.

Experts in technology and cyber attacks say that it is a modality widely used throughout the world and that work is already underway to identify the false accounts that are created for this purpose.
In addition, recommend all users of social networks to be wary of any message or comment that says they have won some kind of prize or that asks for some personal information.
