The candidate for the Historical Pact, Gustavo Petro He visited the Divino Niño Church, in the 20 de Julio neighborhood (Bogotá), before the polls opened and, around 10:40 am, he registered his vote at the Marco Antonio Carreño School, in Puente Aranda. He was accompanied by his wife, Verónica Alcocer, and her daughters Sofía and Antonella.

After casting his vote, the former mayor of Bogotá pointed out “For young people, for women, fundamentally, the polls await them to change the history of Colombia. We undoubtedly have to defeat any attempt at fraud with a massive vote.”
