What does the reform of the law propose?
The public servants of the IMSS will be obliged to observe, in the fulfillment of their obligations, the principle of good treatment in the provision of services and in the attention to the beneficiaries.

The foregoing, despite the fact that in both public health institutions there are rules that oblige public servants to provide quality care, with ethics, warmth, good treatment, equality and without discrimination. However, in both the IMSS and the ISSSTE, there are thousands of complaints of mistreatment of beneficiaries by medical and administrative personnel.
