The Ministry of Public Works informed all users of the Pan-American highway, who travel through the lanes where the works of the Expansion to six (6) lanes project are carried out (Section 1: Chorrera – Santa Cruz, in the province of Panama Oeste, known as “Corredor de las Playas”, which will soon permanently close the return located in front of the Delta Station.
This closure is due to the fact that construction work will begin on the scale wall that provides access to the viaduct in the La Pesa sector.
The MOP said that in order to minimize the impact that these works may cause to the users of this road, a return will be provisionally enabled that will be located approximately 500 meters from the existing one in front of Terpel Station.
They apologized for any inconvenience these jobs may cause users.
