The Unipersonal Criminal Judge of Angaraes, Luis Obispo, accepted the early conclusion and sentenced Jhonatan Sánchez Soca to one year and two months of imprisonment with an effective character converted to 60 days of rendering services to the community.

The man, who is a driver by trade, was sentenced for a case of minor injuries due to family violence to the detriment of his ex-partner, who even bit his hand.

On these facts, the technical defense of the accused (who was sorry for the facts) decides to reach an agreement with the prosecutor at the beginning of the hearing of the oral trial in order to reach an early conclusion.
