Santiago. The Catholic Church in this city asked the authorities to take urgent measures against insecurity and violence that is lived in the country, affirming that “we are cornered”.
In the editorial of the Camino newspaper, this Sunday, entitled “What are we waiting for?”, he raises the situation that citizens are experiencing due to crime, violence and unsafety.

The Catholic weekly adds that insecurity, crime and violence surround a large part of the national geography, insisting that “we are cornered.”
