The Mayor’s Office of Caracas repaired a fault in a pipe located on Mexico Avenue, this as part of the 1×10 Good Government System, launched by the President of the Republic, Nicholas Maduro, to maintain direct contact with the people and provide timely responses to their needs.
The complaint was addressed through the VenApp application, which is available to all Venezuelans and can be used to generate reports and complaints quickly and easily.
“In 48 hours the problem was solved, thus fulfilling the 1×10 of the Good Government that our President has guided us,” wrote the mayor of Caracas, Carmen Melendez.

The mayor stressed that it is the response to a commitment to the people and added that the area where the repair was made was paved.
