The senator with permission, Fernando Lugo, who receives medical treatment in Buenos Aires, would continue there until the end of February and could later return to Paraguay with the necessary care.
Luis Paciello, Fernando Lugo’s son-in-law, spoke about the state of health of the senator from the Guasu Front, who again he was elected in the inmates of the National Concertation.
“At the end of February, he would finish his treatment, unless something changes, but everything indicates that he would be back by the end of February,” Paciello reported during an interview with Monumental.

Contrary to what all those who visit it say, who affirm that they do not talk about politics with LugoPaciello assured that Lugo himself is the one who asks about electoral issues.
“He wanted to know the numbers, how they turned out, how many votes there were in the PLRA, in the Colorado Party, how much was the difference, also about the selection process for the State Attorney General, inform us of everything he asked,” Paciello said.

Asked about whether Lugo ratified his desire to remain in the race for the general elections on April 30, Paciello replied: “Totally.”
Fernando Lugo he was in first place on the list of senators of the Guasu Front, for the general elections.
The parliamentary recess ends on March 1. Lugo currently continues on paid leave.
