The Attorney General’s Office announced the opening of a disciplinary investigation against the current Superintendent of Family Subsidy, Luis Guillermo Pérez, for alleged irregularities in the entity and warned by the Delegate Attorney for Labor and Social Security Affairs, in exercise of her preventive function.

According to the control entity, the superintendent will be investigated for three facts: the first, for allegedly requesting information from family compensation funds about all their workersincluding the director and managerial positions, salaries, seniority and type of relationship.

The second, supposedly modify the procedure for the formation of the list of eligible intervening agents, in order to designate Juan Carlos Carvajal Rodríguez as comptroller agent of Comfahuila, and third, for the alleged request for Luis Guillermo Perez to the family compensation funds of a solidarity contribution for the population of Buenaventura.
“The disciplinary investigation of the Attorney General’s Office will have the purpose of determining the veracity of the facts made known, clarifying the determining reasons for them, the circumstances of time, manner and place in which they occurred and the responsibility of the subject.”explained the entity.
The control entity will request the pertinent evidence to clarify the facts investigated.
