They legalize the apprehension of the 57 implicated in the Fisher operation

A judge of guarantees, legalized this Saturday afternoon, the apprehension of the 57 people captured in the middle of the Fisher operation, which is linked to the Clan del Golfo, of Colombia.

On Friday afternoon, a judge legalized the 10 raids carried out in this operation, which was dedicated to international drug trafficking.

The lawyers of the defendants say that procedural equality has not been respected, since they want 28 volumes to be reviewed in one day, while the Prosecutor’s Office already knows them.

The hearing was held at the Plaza Ágora Accusatory Penal System.

In these raids, Jorge Luis General (alias El General), the alleged leader of this criminal structure, was identified after a police action was carried out in residences located in Nueva Providencia, province of Colón, and in Costa Verde, in La Chorrera .

According to the judicial authorities, in the house linked to El General, in Colón, 10 million 91 thousand 871 dollars were found in cash, in three coves.
