A group of workers who were dredging the Tuy river, near the Piñango sector in San Francisco de Yare, Miranda state, located a new corpse in this tributary.
According to the information provided to Últimas Noticias, the body was possibly swept away by the waters after the landslide that occurred in Las Tejerías, Santos Michelena municipality, Aragua state, last weekend.
The body was transferred by officials of the National Service of Medicines and Forensic Sciences (Senamecf) to the morgue of Ocumare del Tuy and then to that of Caña de Azúcar, in the state of Aragua.
