Through Executive Decree No. 11 of July 18, 2023, the National Government of Panama extended for six more months the maximum retail sale prices of 18 food products, reported today the Authority for Consumer Protection and Defense of Competition (I agree).
This decree establishes in its first article, that “The validity of Executive Decree No. 165 of July 1, 2014 and its respective modifications is extended for six months, as provided in article 200 of Law 45 of 2007.
