The national leader of the Patriotic PCV Movement, Griseldy Herrera, denounced this Saturday the kidnapping of the Communist Party of Venezuela by the Political Bureau, by assuring that the opinions of the base members were not allowed in the congress that was held in November of Last year, “the effective participation of the bases was not allowed, by not promoting the census and recensus of the same,” he said.
From the state of La Guaira, he rejected the position of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of Venezuela, of separating itself from the National Government and the Bolivarian Revolution, and assured that from the bases they are working to rescue the initials of the party in favor of the interests of the people.
Herrera stated that the PCV Patriotic Movement is meeting with the members of the grassroots organizations to analyze and debate the political line of the Party and asserted that “the grassroots members express their discontent with the decision by the Political Bureau of the PCV , to disassociate themselves from the Bolivarian Revolution”.
“We are in the historical need to rescue the Party from the bases,” said Griseldy Herrera, while assuring that in the Patriotic Movement “we are determined to make official the position regarding the rescue of our acronyms and our political line in support of the Government Bolivarian and the Bolivarian Revolution”.
Another of the members of the PCV, Justo Estrada, who made it known that he has been part of this organization since 1958, called on the members of the party to unify, “our revolution is in danger and we must guarantee our people the maximum happiness and that we all achieve together. The PCV has always fought in favor of the people and we express our support for the Revolution”, he stated.
