In addition, she presented a hematoma on the trunk and a fracture of the third left costal arch and three ecchymotic bands on the posterior aspect of her thorax.
“Our Criminalistics Unit and the Human Rights Prosecutors of the Public Ministry carried out all the expertise to place the officials already detained at the order of Court 2 of control (Apure) today, July 10,” Saab added.
The official Juan Pantoja was detained at the Dgcim headquarters for his relationship with the agricultural producer Reyes Gabriel Hernández González, who owns the El Chaparralito herd. However, he was transferred to the Cicpc headquarters in San Fernando de Apure and assured that they were torturing him.
