Fiscal agent Alberto Torres of the Regional Unit of Ciudad del Este, decided to charge Sergio Daniel Martínez (35) and Liz Lorena Gamarra (29), who would presumably be responsible for the punishable act of Coaction.

According to the investigations, the incident occurred on April 10, 2022, in the Marina area, on the banks of the Paraná River, in the San Miguel neighborhood, when those now indicted went to the home of the victim identified as Rossana Quintana Morel, threatening to set the place on fire. and attempt on his life, and that of his minor children, if he refused to leave the house.

The woman, intimidated, left the place and had to seek shelter, while Martínez and Gamarra removed all the furniture and household items from the house, and then threw them into a ditch, where they were damaged and later lost due to a storm.

Prosecutor Torres required the Court to take alternative measures to prison, such as the establishment of an address, a ban on leaving the country, regular appearances, provision of real security and a ban on approaching the victim.
