Members of the Bolivarian National Guard (GNB) arrested a man who was digging a grave in the General Cemetery of the South, Caracas, military sources said.
The subject was registered as Juan Alberto Robaina Morales, from whom a skull skeleton and a shovel were seized.
The detainee was taken to Detachment 431 of the GNB from where he was handed over to the Public Ministry.
