They catch a military prosecuted in the area of ​​​​influence of the Tren del Llano

A military deserter and criminally prosecuted was captured in Paso Real de Macaira, José Tadeo Monagas municipality, Guárico, according to a report from Detachment 341 of the Bolivarian National Guard to which we had access.

The detainee is identified as Eduardo José Hurtado Rubio, who is being prosecuted for the theft of computer equipment belonging to Fort Conopoima, located in San Juan de los Morros, Guárico, an event that occurred in 2016, according to the file of the 6th Control Military Court with headquarters in Valencia (Carabobo).

At the time of the arrest, Hurtado Rubio was carrying 10 cartridges that fit 7.62×39 mm and 5.56 mm caliber rifles.

When verified by the Integrated Police Information System (Siipol), it turned out to be requested from the 2nd Military Court based in Maracay, according to file No. CJPM-TM2ES-028-2016 dated 12/05/22, for the crime of abduction elements of the Armed Forces.

Paso Real de Macaira, the place where Hurtado Rubio was captured, is an area where the criminal organization Tren del Llano has its operations center, dedicated to extortion and drug sales, among others, according to records.

And in the Patria Bonita sector, El Socorro municipality (Guárico), soldiers and Polinacional agents confronted members of the criminal group Asdrubita, two of whom were killed: Mauricio Carpio Risso and Jesús Alejandro Risso Machado.
