About 35 passengers of the Reyna company, mostly merchantswere stripped of their belongings this morning, after they left Tuesday afternoon at 5:00 p.m. Madre de Dios bound for Arequipa.
The passengers lost their cell phones, valuable equipment and money, after the approximately 10 men with their faces covered and armed with firearms boarded the unit to threaten travelers.

One of the travelers reported that 8 people went up to the second floor and it is estimated that at least 2 people stayed on the first floor. None of the passengers was injured, because none put up resistance.
The assault occurred at 1:00 a.m. today, Wednesday, July 20, at the height of Macusani. The passengers ask the transport company to replace part of what they lost, because they consider that the assault was suspicious, because the bus stopped more than once.
