Officer José Barazarte was arrested for his alleged participation in the mechanical asphyxiation murder of Yusneidy Elenis Parica Peche, an official of the Bolivarian National Police (GNP).
The Officer died inside her residence located in Guarenas (Miranda). The Homicide Investigations Axis of the Cicpc certified that Yusneidy died of mechanical asphyxiation, according to an autopsy performed.
Both officials were a couple. The man scattered pills in the room where the woman died, to guide the investigations towards the thesis of suicide, according to police versions.
