A motorcycle transporting drugs was detained at the Citizen Service Point located in Carrasquero, Mara municipality, Zulia border with Colombia, according to military sources.
The subject is registered as Wilder Antonio González and was transporting the amount of 18 panels of marijuana that totaled 9 kilos 785 grams, according to a report from the Regional Anti-drug Intelligence Unit 11.
The man was traveling on a black Empire Horse motorcycle, without a license plate, from the town of Carrasquero to Maracaibo, Zulia.
González was handed over to the Public Ministry.
Other drug traffickers from Colombia were arrested at the Citizen Service Point located in El Burro, Cedeño municipality (Caicara del Orinoco), on the border between Apure and Bolívar.
The subjects were identified as Jeifre Gregorio Díaz Jiménez and Jesús Rafael Valero Rodríguez from whom two cocaine wrappers were seized, weighing 2 kilos 225 grams.
The drugs were hidden in the rear bumper of a Chevrolet Spark, license plate AA143PR. The occupants of the vehicle are members of Los Caraqueño, linked to the Tancol (Colombian Armed Terrorist Drug Traffickers), who came from Puerto Páez (Apure) and were heading to Los Pijigüaos (Bolívar).
The procedures were notified to the Public Ministry.
