They are the ones who will be better off. Not you.

The Cartes group does NOT generate jobs as they try to sell themselves like their puppet Santi Peña. Why?

One thing is to be a true entrepreneur who generates decent jobs, I mean that entrepreneur who started from scratch risking his own human and financial capital. Building a real company takes years, perhaps decades and even generations. Being an entrepreneur is not one that is dedicated to the financial hopper, to making capital with political favors, or like many others hanging from the state’s boobs. Even worse is not an entrepreneur who, with dirty money from cigarette smuggling, makes a large volume of money and with the sole objective of cleaning that money, begins to buy properties, rooms, means of communication, hotels, pharmaceutical chains, service stations among others. Why doesn’t he create jobs?

1) Because when you buy what already exists, you are not buying something new, that is, you are buying what has already been built, including the entire workforce, that is, you are not creating new jobs.

2) With money laundering, it makes unfair competition, it starts to buy everything, whatever it is, it has the luxury of lowering prices initially and ends up killing its competitors and you never see that it becomes a monopoly or quasi-monopoly , artificially regulates the market and charges what it wants. By killing the competition, neither the services nor the prices improve. Even worse, by killing the competition, it bankrupts its competitors, leaving many people unemployed.

3) By flooding the financial system with dirty money resulting from money laundering and cigarette smuggling, which is the same route as drug trafficking, and other traffic, it ends up weakening the entire financial system and what does this generate?
A) As a country we do not obtain the category of country with an investment grade and since we do not have an investment grade, no serious businessman is encouraged to invest long-term in the country, except for the swallowing capitals or money laundering mafia.
B) By weakening the financial and volatile system, they do not have international support, which is why we cannot access soft and long-term loans.
C) With a corrupt financial system, the big international banks began to flee Paraguay. Some will say, of course there are some international ones, maybe yes BUT of the stature of a JP Morgan, Llois Bank etc NO. Why will it be? Your hired defending acolytes who have pawned their pens and intellects will tell. What happens is that these banks are not interested in Paraguay as a country because our economy is very small. LIE there are many countries with a similar and smaller economy where they are, Uruguay is a clear example of this. And what about Uruguay? Why do all the investments go to Uruguay and not to Paraguay? I tell you.

The legal security of a predictable and serious country, with strong institutions is the key.
A senior manager of an international class A bank in a conversation with a businessman friend told him, we will not go to Paraguay.

The Paraguayan businessman tells him. Is Uruguay, looking at its volume and the future of large investments, more attractive than Paraguay? He replies Paraguay is much more attractive. That? The Paraguayan businessman tells him, he doesn’t shut me down if we are more attractive because then they don’t come to Paraguay. The banker tells him Of records. Because no serious, large bank in the world is going to risk striking down, destroying all its prestige and its portfolio of large clients. Imagine that your subject only passes us a single operation in black (money from laundering) and this explodes internationally. We would never risk such a magnitude of problem.

Conclusion, since there are no class A banks, large investments, serious businessmen in the field, the first thing they ask is, in Paraguay there are such banks, the big ones that I already mentioned, and if the answer is no, the first thing they say there is no. we’ll go.

The Cartes group does not create jobs, it drives away jobs. Expels large investments. The Cartes group has been closing the doors to development for a long time with its dirty and illegal money.

Let’s not be foolish and ignorant once again by getting the dog into us. He generates employment, he has a lot of money and he is not going to steal later because he does not need to steal. Quite the contrary, he is a meat grinder, rather, an elephant in glassware.
