The United States Embassy informed that it will cooperate with the Panamanian authorities in the investigations related to the homicide of a United States citizen, whose body was found on Saturday, October 30, in Río Chico, in Natá, Coclé province.
“We trust that the murderers will be punished with the full weight of the law,” they said in a statement issued on Monday afternoon.
According to reports, the relatives of the American businessman and his pilot, who were reported missing last Thursday, recognized their bodies this Monday at the Aguadulce judicial morgue.
The US Embassy expressed its “deep condolences to the family members” and asked to respect their privacy at this difficult time.
On the other hand, they ask that the murderers be captured and brought before the Panamanian justice authorities.
