With the validation of the nominal list of 92 million 823 thousand 216 voters who will be able to participate on April 10 in the consultation for the revocation of the mandate, it follows that in order to remove President Andrés Manuel López Obrador it will be required that 37 million 129 thousand 286 citizens manifest in that sense, equivalent to 40 percent of the total number of Mexicans inscribed on that list, which would make the democratic exercise binding. In this context, Morena demanded that the INE guide the voters who left their voter registration paperwork unfinished so that they can promote an electoral trial in order to vote.

He trusted that citizens will go to the polls en masse to support the mandate of President Andrés Manuel López Obrador.
In contrast, the representative of the PAN, Humberto Aguilar attacked Morena: Those who are promoting the revocation of the mandate, flouting legality, are not the same, they are worse, because the INE cannot be asked to generate social enthusiasm for an exercise that is perceived as useless, unnecessary, superfluous.

The PRD member Arturo Prida maintained that What we will never agree on is destroying the institutions that allowed us to have this democracy. Changing the laws by way of a majority that is only looking out for its interests is not democratic, and worse still, it is not ethical.
