The Minister of People’s Power for Internal Relations, Justice and Peace, A/J Remigio Ceballos Ichaso, announced this Tuesday that progress will be made to leverage the citizen security policy, within the framework of the Great Quadrants of Peace Mission, providing technological tools to police agencies.
The information was released by the minister through his Twitter account, @CeballosIchaso1, where he stressed that these actions will be carried out with the provision of drones and other information and telecommunications tools, to combat crime and protect the people for life and peace.

Earlier, the president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, instructed that the security method of the Peace Quadrants be strengthened, to guarantee the protection of the Venezuelan people in direct union with the communities.
“Our method for security is the quadrant of peace, it is the union with the neighbor and the neighbor, the union with the community, where the municipal, state, national police work with the people directly in community service, in the direct public service”, said the Head of State.
Similarly, the president highlighted the work of police officials who serve the Venezuelan people throughout the country. “Being a real police officer is a gesture of courage and service, it has to be,” he emphasized.
The national president also highlighted the delivery of uniforms, radio transmitters, organic weapons, ammunition and handcuffs, as well as 48 patrol units, cameras and drones to strengthen the peace quadrants and the Municipal Police of Valencia.
“The quadrants of peace are the path to the security of our people, we must continue to strengthen them, innovate, and apply the necessary technology to guarantee the security of our people,” he added.
